Deep in the Heart of...

Sunday, 12 February 2012. Sailing the sea on the Navimag. We hitched a ride on the Navimag Ferry/ Cargo Ship. 3 nights and 4 days among Patagonia's beautiful island and glacier scenery. We had a crazy mixture of weather conditions, from freezing cold, 100 knot winds and 5m swells to clear warm glassy summer days. We were lucky enough to see Penguins, Seals, Whales and Dolphins. A fantastic trip with a great bunch of friends we have made along the journey. Image from The Navimag Website. With reaching the...

Deep in the Heart of...: Glacier Power

http://deepintheheartofblog.blogspot.com/2012/02/glacier-power.html

Sunday, 5 February 2012. This beast of a glacier, Puerto Moreno was quite an experience. The 70 metre wall giving us a day of entertainment with it's regular shotgun explosions from the shifting ice and 70m high slabs falling into the aqua water. It was a spectacular display of natural power. Another amazing piece of Mother Natures work to see in Patagonia, Argentina. Posted by Deep in the Heart of. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Deep in the Heart of...: Torres Of Pain!

http://deepintheheartofblog.blogspot.com/2012/02/torres-of-pain.html

Friday, 10 February 2012. We hired a Jeep with a few friends and set out to the Torres Del Paine National Park, one of Patagonias (Chile side) most popular attractions for the outdoor enthusists. After driving 2 hours through the south of the park, which had recently been scorched by wild fire that claimed half of the national park, we embarked on our grueling hike. 24 kms, 8 hours from start to finish, it was up up up! It was a true test for our fitness! TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK - CHILE.

We arrived into Bariloche - Patagonia and we were surrounded by chocolate! Offering a huge range of gourmet chocolates. We couldn't resist buying a few chocolate bars to make our own selection boxes, which we thought would last a while. Too be honest, they didn't last long :) Yum! Posted by Deep in the Heart of. Deep in the Heart of Austin Texas

Deep in the Heart of Austin Texas. One person's trash is my treasure. New upholstery project finished! My awesome granny asked me to reupholster this old foot stool for her. it was my first official comission and i loved every minute of it. i brought her swatches of fabric and she picked her favorite, i bought foam, burlap, dustcover material, and got to bust out my new compressor and staple gun and put my sawhorses to the test. Here is a photo of the foot stool before. I had the roughest time figuring o...

Deep in the Heart of Brain Injury. Waking to rain,. Rain filling my dreams,. Spilling over into my awakening. Rain filling my heart,. Streaming through my arteries,. Nestled warmly in bed,. Rain everywhere around and through me,. Re-entering the heat that was last night,. When each woman stood. And there, alone, and one-at-a-time. Before the nested rest of us,. Opened fully through tears. For each of us - for all of us -. The deepening truth,). Simply, gracefully,. It's Coming Down To This. I seem to be ...

Deep In The Heart of Dawson. Friday, June 8, 2012. I love you.but not your fleas. Meet Pearl, Pebbles, and Oscar. The most crazy and lovable dogs of them all. Why am I writing about them you ask. Well, they have been keeping me busy and paranoid for the past two weeks.with FLEAS. That summer was the last we saw of fleas.until now. Where did they get them from? We haven't taken them to the dog park or any park for that matter. We've just been doing our neighborhood strolls. Every day since then I do a dai...

deep in the heart of houston

Deep in the heart of houston. Tuesday, June 23, 2015. The Spirit of the living God. Always God does things for a purpose. Always God never wastes anything. Always God has our best interest at heart. Always God has His glory in mind. Always.God does things backwards. How does that play out? Yes, yes, yes. Nothing that comes to us in life surprises God; He has actually given permission for it. How do we then make sense of the junky stuff that happens? There is nothing deceitful in God, nothing two-faced, n...
