I cannot believe my last post is from Feb 2011! I don't even know where to start from. RANT ALERT ;). I honestly couldn't be more happy about this course and although it's hard to work full-time and study on top of that, I know it'll be worth it. Needless to say that all of these changes took a toll on me. This past year has been far from easy but I am finally starting to settle down. I gained something like 10kg (around 22lbs), ironic, isn't it? I start studying Nutrition and I gain all of this weight.

I've been away for a week and I apologise. Unfortunately I had the flu and I was in bed delirious most of the time :(. Today I finally took a day off work, it feels so good. I don't even remember when was the last day I took off. It's a lovely sunny day here and it really lifted my mood.
