To begin, begin. 86 the wine, 88…jeez. Last night I made a discovery. After one eats fruit and vegetables all day with 2 supplementary Nutrisystem entrees, if one has a glass of wine at a social function, one will get tipsy, have more wine and the night will end in ordering a burger and fries from room service. Things could be worse, I know. But, damn. I am disappointed in myself this morning, but I am awake as the sun comes up with plenty of time to plan out another great day of eating for myself.
