Wednesday, November 10, 2010. 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds. 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder. 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste. Chop the onions, tomatoes and chillies finely. Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan, add the cumin seeds, chopped onions and the ginger garlic paste, fry till brown. Add the chillies and tomatoes and fry till they are soft and pulpy.

Coconut : 1/2 cup. Raisins, almonds, cashews : 1/4 cup. Milk : 1/2 cup. Ghee : 2 tsp. Cardamon pdr : pinch. Heat a pan, add 2 tsp ghee or butter. Add raisins, almonds (chopped) and cashews and fry for a min, till the raisins puff up in low flame. Now add freshly grated coconut and fry for 2mins in low flame.
