Amanda E. (. Anyone dealt with Creative Customer Service? Of course, I was wrong. :P. Apparently they're barely reading my emails (asking for things multiple times that I include in every email and I forward each email on to customer service so they can see what I've already talked about) yet from the description they already know it's hardware and not parts? Amanda E. (. Am I being a complete idiot? Isn't there some software that comes with the Zen Micro that will allow me to edit music that's already on my player? I could've sworn there was some other piece of software that would do this that I got when I originally bought the player, but I don't see anything like it when I download from Creative.
