Ben's Strength and Conditioning Adventures. Friday, February 15, 2013. 2013 Update.maybe it's showtime! 6 weeks into 2013 and YTD it's just been more of the same. Recently I skimmed some older blog posts from here and found a recurring theme of questioning what to train for with lots of indecision. 2012 I did 10 races including 5 triathlons (1 half Ironman) and a couple half marathons.
