Per a dos persones necessitarem:. 500 gr. de llom de porc. 1 fulla de llorer. 2 dl de vinagre de poma. 2 dl de vi blanc. 2 dl caldo de pollastre. 3 dl oli d'oliva. 6 grans de pebre negre. Divendres, 25 de novembre de 2011. Risotto de carbassa i haggis. No l'hi hauria de dir "risotto", principalment per que l'he fet amb arròs bomba, amb sidra anglesa en comptes de vi blanc, no he fet servir parmesà, he utilitzat manxego (he desenvolupat una lleugera aversió al parmesà) i sobre tot per que li he posat haggis per sobre. Això sí, el mètode de cocció ha sigut com el d'un risotto. No em mireu d'aquesta manera. Lliga molt bé, sembla mentida lo versàtils que són els haggis! 1 dent d'all picat.

Monday, 14 November 2011. I've got a lack of cooking mojo lately. I cook everyday, mostly simple things and when I cook something different I'm not entirely happy with the result so I don't publish it. I guess it's just a phase. Good job that the people from La recepta del 15. Always motivate me to try something new. Their proposal for this month is bread. I've chosen this recipe because it's so easy to prepare and I had all the ingredients in the kitchen. It's like a double crumble to put it in some way. Fricandó (Catalan sort of stew), my Mom's rice, my Dad's fish stew, pasta. These were some of my favourite dishes. Any day we were having these dishes was a great one for me. A solidariedade é o caminho para diminuir as desigualdades sociais. Cursos gratuitos e atividades comunitárias em Nogueira, Petrópolis - RJ. Em 2006 um pequeno grupo de voluntários iniciou a "frente de solidariedade" da Paróquia de Nogueira. Hoje são cem voluntários participando, ensinando, costurando, produzindo fraldas descartáveis ou oferecendo terapia.
