Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Punkin. That's what I called him. He even had the cutest little hand-crocheted pumpkin hat made by my wonderful cousin and best friend, Cristi. In honor of our little punkin, Scott came up with the idea to ask everyone to carve a pumpkin and post a picture of it on Facebook to help fill Michael's pumpkin patch. The response was overwhelming. Tuesday, November 22, 2011. I LOVE this song. I cannot stop listening to it. It was written by Matt Hammitt from the band Sanctus Real. His son Bowen. Was born with a heart defect and they did not know if he was going to survive. I think this song so accurately portrays the love parents have for their children. Our story.and then some. Tuesday, February 14, 2012. January was certainly a busy one this year.as I am sure it will be for many years to come. We celebrated Aiden's 5th birthday and Makayla's 3rd! Aiden requested a Mickey Mouse party and Makayla was all about Dora the Explorer this year. It was fun but low key since I still was still feeling the remnants of first trimester ickyness. (side note: feeling much better now! Officially 18 weeks and excited to announce we are having a boy! My big 5 year old!
