Part 19: Once again: Jasper. Found this picture of Sammy and Jasper watching a dvd. Spring 2010. Picture taken by Annelies. Jasper is a friend of Sammy's. Like Sam he likes Bob the Builder and Thomas the Tank Engine. We payed him a visit for his birthday. Pictures taken by Annelies (Jasper's mom, friend of Wendy's). Jasper and his dad Mathieu. After the poffertjes we went to the local library. Fun part: books out of the bookcase onto the floor and mommy trying to find out which shelf they came from.

Back in Blog Town. Hello dear family and friends,. It's been a while. goodness me! Sam's grown such a big boy. He's a primary schooler now. This week he's having the so called "Jeugdavondvierdaagse" - which is a four days (evenings) hike for youth. The streets are crowded with kids and their cheering supporting family and friends and other crowd. (Which don't show on the pictures below though.). Happy day to you! Xx Wendy and Sam. Familie Staal - Steel Family. Friday, December 4, 2009. Anywho. We celebrated Thanksgiving with the family last Sunday (they don't get the 4 day weekend here so Thanksgiving day wasn't so handy.). This is not a holiday I am giving up. and I assured the family here that they would be having a couple new family traditions added with me (Thanksgiving certainly being one of them). We did a round of giving thanks, and it was just a great evening and everyone liked the food too (especially the desserts).
