Saturday, July 11, 2009. When the cat is away the mice will play. Even Eli got a chance to get out of the stroller and get up and personal with the fish. Every time. A fish would swim by he would squeal with excitement. Our movie, "Finding Nemo. Which Ethan loved. After the movie I let him sleep in bed with me, a real treat! Today we went to the Orange County Great Park Anniversary fair, it was fun. There were lots of US Marines there showing off military. All in all it has been a long but fun week. ...

Phillips Family Happenings...: Ethan turns four!
http://phillipsfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2009/10/ethan-turns-four.html
Tuesday, October 20, 2009. This past weekend we celebrated Ethan's 4 th. Birthday, hard to believe that four years have gone by since my 9 lbs 3 oz linebacker entered the world and changed Bryan and my life instantly. It was truly love at first sight and he brings so much to our life. To celebrate his special day we had a firetruck come to his party and give the kids rides around the neighborhood. Ethan woke up so excited and could hardly contain himself. Smart He is so passionate about his interests whi...

Phillips Family Happenings...: June 2009
http://phillipsfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 27, 2009. Ethan continues to be obsessed with baseball. Like last summer he asks all the time for us to go outside and pitch, play catch or let him throw a tennis ball off the roof and catch it. He has gotten so good hitting with a whiffle. Ball bat that we got him a youth metal bat. It is much heavier than a wiffle. Every night before dinner and has started to mimic some of the head and body movements of the players. It is a riot. Phillips Family Happenings...: November 2009
http://phillipsfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 11, 2009. Halloween on Red Rail. To the 4 year old that lives in my house, NOTHING! Every year the holidays are more and more fun as Ethan grasps the concepts. Here is some of the Red Rail gang attempting to pose for a group shot, not bad compared to prior attempts previous years. No Halloween party would be complete without games and of course that involved bobbing for apples and eating donuts off a string. Here is Eli "supervising" Cameron while she bobs for apples.

Saturday, September 19, 2009. It has been quite a while since the last post and we have done so much. We ended our summer with a three week trip back to the east coast to visit our families. http://phillipsfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 18, 2008. Ethan had his preschool holiday performance this week and it was just about the cutest thing! He had been practicing with his class and at home for weeks and was so proud. The whole concert lasted about 3 minutes. But our little Ethan was so excited (and a bit nervous) to sing and we couldn't have been prouder! Posted by The Phillips Family. Wednesday, December 17, 2008. Three weeks since my last post and there is so much to share. We've been busy getting into the holiday.

Phillips Family Happenings...: February 2009
http://phillipsfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 14, 2009. Where does the time go? It is hard to believe that it is already the middle of February. It seems like just yesterday we were celebrating the holidays. We've been busy and like everyone else have had our fair share of coughs, running noses, fevers and colds. It seems like it is a never ending. Eli had also entered the world of the jumperoo. Ethan and I have also been very busy. In other news, I recently took my CA Social Work licensure. Test and passed. Thank goodness!
