Saturday, July 31, 2010. 1 12 oz package jumbo shells. 2 eggs, beaten. 32 oz ricotta cheese. 16 oz shredded mozzarella, divided. 8 oz grated parmesan divided. 1 tbsp dried parsley. 2 cups spaghetti sauce. Preheat oven to 350. Boil shells according to package directions. In a large bowl mix eggs, ricotta, 1/2 the mozzarella, 1/2 the parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper until well blended. Spray pan, spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of pan. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top of shells.

Saturday, July 31, 2010. 10 oz can cream of chicken soup. 8 oz sour cream fat free if you are going to freeze. 2 tsp chili powder. 2 cups cooked chicken shredded. 2 cups co-jack or Mexican cheese. 10 medium flour tortillas. 1 mix soup, sour cream, salsa and chili powder. 2 mix 1 cup picante mixture, 1 cup cheese and all chicken. 4Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered, uncover sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese and bake uncovered 10 more minutes.
