Inspired by the Waverly Farmer's Market and local Maryland raised Bison! Ingredients: (Serves 4 big bowls). 1 lb ground Bison. 1 medium onion, chopped. 2-3 large cloves of garlic, chopped. 1 green bell pepper, diced. 1 jalapeno, diced. 3-4 tomatoes, diced in food processor. 1 tsp dried oregano. 2 tsp chili powder. 1 cup v8 juice.
