Delicious Lean: July 2012
http://www.deliciouslean.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Creating the delicious dish that's fit to keep you fit. Wednesday, July 25, 2012. Summer Squash Ribbons with Feta and Pine Nuts. Yellow squash in ribbons this thin is so tender you'll swear it's been cooked, but no - it's fresh and ready in minutes for a cool salad or easy side. All you need is a sprinkling of seasonings and it's dressed to serve, without a drop of dressing to fatten it up. Note for those on the Take Shape for Life Program. My husband and I lost 110 pounds (together! And Love It, Too:.
Delicious Lean: Chiffonade of Mixed Lettuces
http://www.deliciouslean.blogspot.com/2012/10/chiffonade-of-mixed-lettuces.html
Creating the delicious dish that's fit to keep you fit. Wednesday, October 17, 2012. Chiffonade of Mixed Lettuces. Cutting lettuce into delicate strips for this chiffonade salad creates an elegant design worthy of the footed trifle dish, if you happen to have one. Any straight sided bowl will do, of course - it's the colorful mix of lettuce and veg that makes it pretty. Two different dressings make it unexpectedly good. Even though these had already been spun in the salad spinner, I wrapped them in an ab...

Creating the delicious dish that's fit to keep you fit. Tuesday, June 19, 2012. Cool Cukes: 7 Minute Summer in a Jar. I originally posted this recipe on my Daily*Dishin. Blog and it appeared in the Food Network Summerfest as well. I have altered the recipe to replace the sugar with Splenda and was so surprised at how good it tasted that I decided to include it here, especially since I am never without a jar in my fridge.*. I look for smallish cucumbers. I think these are best when cut very thin. I only h...

Creating the delicious dish that's fit to keep you fit. Wednesday, August 15, 2012. Smokey Peach Chipotle Grilled Chicken. Oh, peach, you beautiful peach. Peel three of these beauties and open 'em up like a plum to pop the pit out. If you missed my Plum Delicious Porkchop post then click here. Now, to the food processor with these freshly grilled babies. We'll add a tablespoon each of Dijon and apple cider vinegar, and 2 cloves of peeled garlic. Delivering the news of great eats in plain talk terms. Whether you adore cooking or you're just figuring it out, we'll have fun dishing up the delicious! Sunday, March 13, 2011. If there is a way to make bacon any better than it already is, this is it. Spicy, sweet, smokey, crunchy treat, what more could we ask, I ask you? Add just enough broth to mostly cover the cauliflower and reduce the heat as soon as it comes to a boil. An easy simmer instead of hard boil keeps the flavor good! Check in 10-15 minutes and as soon as a knife slides easily into a floret take it off the heat. Mashed Celery Root with Blue Cheese and Watercress. Taste with the Ey...

Delicious Lecter | Der Entstehungsprozess meines Romans
Sowieso. Wer ist das denn heute nicht? Welche Art Künstlername soll es denn sein? Ein männlich klingender Künstlername muss also her. Die meisten nennen mich Taiga oder Mephi(sto), daher bietet sich eventuell eine kleine Andeutung an beide an. Ich jedenfalls habe meinen neuen Künst...
