People and the World Around Them. Monday, June 2, 2008. Photographs from Lloyds roce, a ceremony in a Mangalorean Catholic wedding where a day prior to the wedding the bride or the groom are doused with coconut milk. The warm tones of the photograph are a result of the sodium light illumination and I decided to keep the tones that way. Posted by delson roche. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Monday, April 7, 2008. I never get good photographs of my mom, when she is aware that she is being photographed. But this time the moment was right; setting sun created warm tones, the colour of her saree and the ambiance was just right. I stood at a distance, extended the zoom and clicked it. Sunsets: Smoke Screen
http://delsonclicks1.blogspot.com/2009/01/smoke-screen.html
A smoke screen envelops the setting sun as man pumps in the toxins hidden inside mother earth into the open atmosphere. Earth had hidden many polluting resources deep inside her so that it would not be accesible to the careless humans that we are. But the ever greedy mankind just dug deep into mother earth and is now haphazardly using these without any concern about its effects. Posted by delson roche. Sunsets: November 2007
http://delsonclicks1.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html
Generally sunsets have very warm colour tones to them, hence this time I wanted to give it a cool, calmly feeling. I clicked three photographs of this scene, with three different WB settings, fluorescent 1 and fluorescent and Cloudy. Cloudy settings gives a saturated warm tone, while the fluorescent settings give the photograph a blue hue, which gives the appearance of a cool sunset here. Posted by delson roche. All My Photographs Clicked in Black and White. Friday, August 10, 2007. This photograph was originally clicked in Colour and later converted it to Black and White in Photoshop. I feel that chewing in this photograph gives it a sense of movement. I have observed that when Photographing animals, a moving animal, no matter how subtle. Movement is, it always gives more life to a picture than a still creature. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Flowers of the Wild. View my complete profile. Sunset off Nisos Kriti.
