Originally here as part of a two-year commitment with Teach for America, the endearing nature of the Delta “bewitched me heart and soul” as Jane Austen would say and is keeping me around for the near future. One time, many months ago. With many tears, crying. A bad cry, as my friends would call it. Feeling "so utterly alone". Maybe a bit dramatic. Unsure of what to do with the pain. From relationship wounds that seeped. Who lived inside the little white adobe beside me. So unsure of where to go. Another time, a little later.
