對不起對不起…. C女趕緊把衛生紙遞給A，一邊幫忙擦拭桌上破口噴出的咖啡。 這就要再問一個問題，所謂 比較大 是指什麼 在字面上啊，大法官雖然跟法官只差了一個字，但在法律上所規範的職權，兩者卻是完全不同的。 而且那一天的會議目的應該是在 審查大法官被提名人 ，那應該要就大法官的資歷是否適合去做討論吧 那該問的也應該是大法官對於自己的職權是否熟悉這類的。 拉回來說，大法官是指 司法大法官 ，憲法裡面規定了大法官的職權是 解釋憲法，並有統一解釋法律及命令之權。 咦 所以聽起來大法官的職權其實是 解釋所有法律 的囉 A女問。 概括來說，他們都屬與 法 ，但是這麼多的法，他們彼此之間會不會有衝突 如果有那要由誰來判斷要依據哪一個法 這個就是司法大法官要做的事。 這樣聽下來，那天立法委員的質詢，很多真的是 搞不清楚狀況 耶 A女說。 定期定額支持 https:/ goo.gl/Zs6F10. 小問券 https:/ 10957.typeform.com/to/WmIV7Y. 雖然我不喜歡護家盟這種把自己對 宗教的信仰的堅持 凌駕在 法律該追求公平正義 之上的做法。 可是問問我們自己，我們願意為我們心裡認為 對 的事情堅持多少呢 如果我們總是網路上說說就放棄，也不做任何的行動，那我們到底憑什麼怪政府剝奪了我們的權益呢 護家盟是很討厭，但人家堅持到底，我們如果覺得我們是對的，我們願意堅持多少呢 這世界終究是比氣長的，我們討厭的那些立場如果氣比我們長，我們就是輸了，那我們又願意為氣長付出多少的代價 D女講完，兩人的對話停了好一陣子。 很扯啊，我朋友說他聽到那群人衝進立法院，有警察說 你妨礙公務 ，結果教徒說 神說我無罪 ，這根本義和團來著吧…. 如果我們可以用 非壓迫 且讓他們 感受 好的方式，那是不是有可能鼓舞原本就支持婚姻平權的委員繼續堅持，也讓現在因為護家盟壓力而覺得要轉向的委員重新考慮. 可是打電話去，那種被 監督 督促 的感覺，就是會遠勝過於網路上的一段文字。 時間 2016年11月23日 三 晚上7:00 9:00. 報名網址 https:/ goo.gl/IytzWJ.
