Vår vardag i ord och bilder. Precis såhär är det 😝. 10 oktober, 2014. 10 oktober, 2014. Jag åt lchf i ca 1år innan jag la av. Kom i min psykiska crasch, jag pallade inte hålla på. Jag föll för mitt beroende. Finns en miljon olika anledningar, som jag inte är toppensugen på att dra här, eftersom det inte är det mest väsentliga. Hur som helst, idag är det dag nr 11 med enbart lchf-kost, eller snarare lågkolhydrat-kost. Trivs bäst med LCFF, low carb full fat. Dagens lunch uteblev så det blev en tidig middag.

Fredag 8 november 2013. Ig år somnade b. Åda knattarna kl 18.00! Skönt med en lugn kväll tyckte jag. Men inom mig gnagde en känsla av att det inte skulle vara s. Svante vaknade ett par timmar senare och var p. Å riktigt bra humör. Han skrattade. Åt allt jag gjorde och inte gjorde och viftade och sprattlade. Jag tog med honom och gick och la mig, och han somnade väl runt 23:00. Jag somnade n. Runt 01:30 vaknade jag av att Vera l. Åg och gastade: "-MAMMA KOM, MAMMA KOM! Hon var pigg och ville lyssna p.
