1 Do I have to commit to a preset number of sessions? No, you don't have to commit to a preset number of sessions. Usually I see people once a week or bi-monthly. The number of sessions or length of time in therapy is something we work out together. Generally, you will know when you feel finished or when it is time to take a break. 2 Do you take insurance? No, I don't file insurance. I can give you a receipt so you can file with your insurance company if you so choose. 3 Where are you located?
