Dennis and Sal in Italy. Two weeks in Italy, just me and my dad. Sunday, October 12, 2008. Today we leave for Sicily. Earlier this morning, we checked out of our hotel ( the B&B Hotel. In anticipation of our short flight to Palermo later today. The photo is of my father and Ian outside the front door of the hotel. We've been strolling around most of the morning, enjoying a cafe latte here, a capucino there, taking our final leave of Rome, Italy. Till we can communicate again, remember to drink more wine.

Reason for coming here and staying three days was so that we could ride scooters and explore small villages around the region. With no scooters available, we needed to craft another plan. The hotel manager suggested we take the ferry to Garda. Our hotel is situated about 1/2 mile south of Bardolino. The ferry to Garda.
