The Most Special Wedding Wednesday Ever!
http://www.thecluelessgirl.com/2011/03/most-special-wedding-wednesday-ever.html
The Most Special Wedding Wednesday Ever! That's right. Mike proposed! It's been so hard keeping this to myself since it happened late Saturday night! My dreams came true as we walked along the river in downtown Wilmington and underneath a plethora of blooming trees and twinkle lights he went down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him! My reaction was a very "kaelah" one. I cried. A lot. And then I questioned it. I said "Really? It almost doesn't feel real! He proposed on Saturday...

When Juliana and Ben got engaged, Juliana emailed me about shooting their engagement session. She wrote, “We want to survive a zombie attack and then hug because we’re in love! 8221; They wanted to put their personalities into it, and do something a little quirky. Quirky is right up my alley so I knew we’d have a great time pulling this idea together. Thanks to Juliana and Ben for being so amazingly cool and allowing me to run with their idea. Gone With The Voile. Chronicles of a Vintage Girl Wannabe. Mercoledì 14 luglio 2010. New haircut, pincurls and a boyfriend. The last time I had bangs I was eight years old - no kidding. You probably couldn't care less about it but - I assure you -, it was quite an important assumption to me. I've always had a one-lenght cut, with super-straight, waist-long hair; quite boring, to say the truth. Last week, after realizing that the last time I had gone to a hairdresser's was in, uh. Dress - gift; Bag - vint...

Gertie's New Blog for Better Sewing: The Yellow Dress (in Nashville!)
http://www.blogforbettersewing.com/2010/08/yellow-dress-in-nashville.html
Tuesday, August 31, 2010. The Yellow Dress (in Nashville! Well, the dress is finished and has had its inaugural wearing! I sewed the last stitch just before our museum meet-up at the Frist to see the Golden Age of Couture. Jeff took pictures of me in the lobby of The Hermitage Hotel, where we stayed. It was ridiculously beautiful and grand, and provided quite the backdrop! I posed, rather queen-like, in one of the fancy armchairs. Then we headed over to the museum. The Frist arranged a guided tour for us!
