Follow my German journey. When I figured out that Belgium was on my side of Germany, I knew I’d have to slip in a weekend trip sometime. The weekend of Valentine’s Day came up, and we didn’t have anywhere to go, or anything to do, so 5 of us decided to go to BRUGGE! Our Hostel - Charlie Rockets! Veggie Lasagna Brugse Zot. Something I did find interesting about the Pop art exhibit was nearly all, if not all, of the artists displayed were American artists, and all of the pieces I saw had some political undertone. Follow my German journey. Late in February, it was time for a girl’s weekend to Paris! Our hotel was very close to the train station, which ended up being not such a good thing since it was a semi-shady part of town. It was also tourisy; we got snagged into a restaurant right in front of the train station with the offer of free wine for lunch.
