dan derby weddings: Emma & Tom
http://danderbyweddings.blogspot.com/2013/03/emma-tom.html
This is a barn wedding.full of fun and beautiful light. Apparently this is a family tradition.Emma's a good deal shorter than her sisters. Oh yes, that Emma's dad officiating. These were their ideas.I just took pictures.but we all had fun. Look close, those are cupcakes. For those of you who don't know, this is clog dancing. It's a kick and goes back to the British Isles. That's really Tom's truck. Wonderful ending to a great, traditional wedding.

The perfect spring weekend. Wolfeboro and it's legendary Lake Winnipesaukee were sunny. Warm and the views were stunning. So who catches the garter? Ale x's brother, of course.

dan derby weddings: Katie & Rob
http://danderbyweddings.blogspot.com/2011/08/katie-rob-engagement.html
Rob met at a theater production, Rob proposed in a theater and we did their engagement shots at . . . you guessed it . . . at a theater. The temperatures that day were a bit over a hundred in the shade and the light inside was problematic so we did some inside, then I completely melted. We went outside. Even in the equipment room, they were good sports. But finally we found a slightly cooler spot beside an old church wall.

Katie and Rob picked a unique location for their wedding, a camp on a lake. It was a spectacular day, a huge contingent of their friends came and Katie and Rob made a special effort to make the day fun for everyone. Katie arrived at the ceremony via a canoe with her dad. The ceremony was very relaxed (what else on the edge of the lake? With friends gathered over the grounds. The group, over a hundred people - I got everyone to close their eyes. Katie's family versus Rob's family.not saying who won.

So when was the last time you went to an all Russian wedding? Ell, this one was my first and it was joyous and consuming . . . and that was just the food. The bride was beautiful and the groom devilishly charming. A feast for the senses in every way. A view from behind the. Uh, yes, that is a belly dancer. Yes, your eyes are not deceiving you, the couple changed outfits and put on their own show. Gee whiz, what a treat.

dan derby weddings: Christine and Mr. Davis
http://danderbyweddings.blogspot.com/2013/03/christine-and-mr-davis.html
Christine and Mr. Davis. OK, I started off with one of the last pictures of the wedding.but it's one of my favorites. Turns out Christine and Mr. Davis - everyone calls him that ask me - it's a cute story,. Met on a ferris wheel. Needless to say, in spite of the rain, they wanted to go again the night of the wedding. Actually, Christine was looking for something in a Starbucks, she said. You'd best listen, he's a federal judge. What are sisters for? First time I took a portrait of a bus. Honest, it did.
