Friday, June 15, 2012. Amelia is four months old! I took her to the doctor for her check up and she weighs 13 pounds and is 26 inches long.which puts her in the 20th percentile for weight and at least the 95th for height. I thought she seemed extra long, but now I have proof! The great thing about girls' clothing is that I can keep putting her in 0-3 month pants and if they get too short, they just become capris. And the capris.just become shorts, I guess! Most everything is leggings so it all works!

Things i have learned from pregnancy brain this time around. 1 if you fill your dishwasher with carpet shampoo, your kitchen will smell super great but your dishes won't all quite get squeaky clean. 4 don't leave a yogurt in your purse for four days. even though it's winter, "live and active cultures" will find things to do in there. 5 there's something else, but i can't remember. Sweet November

Nana and Papa: Part II. One thing we love to do each year is to pick our pumpkins! While we were here we were lucky enough to find an awesome farm to go to. It has a ton of pumpkins, a huge orchard and a great store with all homemade and home jar'd goods. I especially love the apple cider donuts! This year we got to take Nana, Papa and Lins along with us. I think West's favorite part would have to be the gigantic furry caterpillar he found with Dad. Just another fun day with the family! Monday, November 1, 2010. As you know by now, I love me some cloth diapers. On a personal note, 5 years ago I never ever thought I would utter the words "love" and "cloth diapers" in the same sentence, let alone actually use them! We ran into some leaks along the way (get it, leaks haha! With a wool cover. We are 2/2 in staying dry at night and I have fallen in love. My only regret - that I didn't find these sooner!
