I had quite an eventful two days. Friday night my friends went to dinner, which then turned into Michal's birthday dinner! Saturday, August 22, 2009. Lucas's First Day of First Grade! Lucas went to his first day of First Grade on Thursday- I barely slept the night before worry about the fact that he was taking the bus for the first time and worry about him making it home safely. also, the general worry about him making friends and doing well in school. Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Painted rooms in our house. Here are photos of all of the painting that we have been doing- our kitchen is red.as you can see. Abby's room is so bright yellow that I keep thinking that a light is on up there, but it is just the sunlight shining brightly in there. Lucas's room is a bright orange! It took 3 coats. Monday, September 28, 2009. The Triumphant return of Elder and Sister Hartzell! So, on September 10, Abby and I went to the airport to pick up my parents who were just coming home from the Tokyo, Japan mission! We were so thrilled to see them again! We are so excited to have them home.of course, they will be leaving shortly to go and visit some of my siblings, so we won't see them as much as we would like right now, but now they live here and we will get to see them a lot! Lucas lost his first teeth!

BUBBA, NELLIE, SAVANNAH, PARIS, MADISON, CAMDEN. Thursday, May 24, 2012. Our little guy is 1! This year has just flown by and our little man is already 1! He cruises around furniture and while pushing toys, but hasn't gotten brave enough to take any steps on his own just yet. He loves to climb things, throw balls, take things apart, and make big messes too! He also loves to eat and will eat pretty much anything, especially any kind of meat! BUBBA, NELLIE, SAVANNAH, PARIS, MADISON, CAMDEN. Sunday, November 11, 2012. Hard to believe this little girl of mine is already 6 years old! There are so many things to say about this tiny little person who has sooooo much personality! Paris has been in kindergarten for a few months now and is doing so well. She loves school and has so much fun with it, even though she is miles ahead of where she needs to be for her age! We all love Paris so much and she brings a lot of energy and fun to our family!

BUBBA, NELLIE, SAVANNAH, PARIS, MADISON, CAMDEN. Thursday, March 1, 2012. Can't believe how old this little man is getting! At his check-up he weighed in at 19 pounds, 10 ounces and measured in at 27 inches, putting him in the 30th %ile for both categories. Crazy, since all all the girls were in the 98th %ile at that age! He doesn't look that small to me, but I think he is just chunky looking because he is short too.at any rate, we love him to pieces and he just keeps getting cuter!
