As summer was coming to a close we wanted to take the kids out do something fun, so we surprised them and took them to the Classic Fun Center in Layton. They had so much fun! We spent time at the roller rink with scooters, played at the arcade, played in a Pirate's Ship climbing area, bounced on the bouncy slides.and topped it all off with an Icee! We definitely got our fun's worth!

I am not claiming that taking an almost 2 year old camping is a good idea.but we did it! The kids had a blast, and it was beautiful. So worth it! We all ended up catching a lot of fish, and we sure ate our fill! Can't wait for next year! My 3 greatest blessings! The awesome view from our campsite.

I still can't believe it, but on Saturday little Dyson turned 1! We had a fun day of celebrating. First, we went out to Grandma and Grandpa Turner's and had a big party, and then we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Hofheins for dinner and another party! We are definitely putting those season passes to good use. We had a great time. It was really hot though so Aspen and Isabelle decided to cool off in the fountain. In 2 days we drove from Winter Quarters Nebraska to home with a few stops along the way. What an awesome trip. Hopefully the kids will remember it. I'm so glad we had this opportunity.
