Wednesday, 19 May 2010. Nowadays I have been taking good care of my health. I do not drink alcohol/coffee/soft drinks/any drinks with ice anymore and have tried to sleep early. I have also begun to take supplements on a daily basis. And yet I feel weaker than normal! What's going on with my body? Yes, I have not stopped smoking but the rest of the bad dietary I have cut, cut and cut. I have even put on weight and my BMI is definately normal now. This is so frustrating. 20 May 2010 at 20:55.

Let's take a look at the matches remaining:. 1) Man Utd v Chelsea. I reckon it will be a draw. 2) Blackburn v Man Utd. Fergie's good friend, SAM, will help Man Utd =). 3) Man City v Man Utd. Thrash those loud-mouths neighbours! 4) Man Utd v Spurs. A toughie but I think it will be a win. 5) Sunderland v Man Utd. 6) Man Utd v Stoke City.

Sunday, 12 July 2009. I have a bruised nail on my last toe which I think is pretty bad. I am just waiting for the day the nail actually comes out on its own. Monday, 25 May 2009. Libra Boy and Me (April - May 09). Sunday, 24 May 2009. Suppose to post this up last week but was too busy with the activities. Nice work by Jason Hue =). Thursday, 21 May 2009. I am extremely busy! May is full of parties and activities and plenty of work. I am not complaining because I spent most of the parties with Libra boy but sometimes I wish I can have a quiet relaxing time at home BUT when I do get a quiet relaxing time, it gives me a headache coz I tend to sleep over the limit.

Tuesday, 18 January 2011. I am back after 6 months. Every other day, I would come across something interesting happening in my life which I would like to blog about but I never get to do it because my office has blocked all access to blogs/personal pages website. I find this "blocking" ridiculous because I will be searching for some information and when I click on some URL, it is blocked because the content I am looking for is under "blogs/personal pages" which is not allowed to be viewed.

Tuesday, 23 June 2009. Migraine, Migraine Please Go Away! What in the world is causing it? Let's trace back to what I ate that triggered this after so long. Ice Cream with chocolate chips. Marshmallow/Papaya dipped in chocolate fountain. Nasi Kandar with egg and chicken drumstick. Fried rice with corn, crabstick and luncheon meat.
