Ilhabela Brazil Last stop on the coast. Julie said she could have stayed many more days on the island if it weren’t for these bugs. Here are a few pics from our trip. Our pool at the pousada. Cachoeira do Togobã Paraty Brazil. There are signs at the head of the trail to the waterfall that say NO STANDING while going down the waterfall. The locals apparently don’t see this sign, and for visitors, it’s a thrill that they don’t, because watching them slide down a huge rock face is very exciting to see. Ilha Grande RJ Brazil. The island and main town. Crossing the beaches before Lopes Mendes. The next day we decided to take a boat tour to different beaches along the island. The morning was beautiful, but by midday the clouds had moved in, making swimming slightly less desirable. People were throwing bread into the water, as a result, the fish would swarm for it.
