Tuesday, January 24, 2012. Yesterday, I went running, outside, in January, at night. I've been cooped up indoors exercising since October so needless to say that last night was a nice change of pace. The weather was warmer for a January evening and windy. I put my long pants and layers on because even though it was warmer it is still January! So back to starting at square one, I walked a bit to warm up and then started my interval timer. My interval timer is the BEST WORKOUT TOOL I HAVE EVER PURCHASED!

Sunday, January 29, 2012. I've always enjoyed doing yoga, mostly using a DVD. Alone in my Living Room. It was always fun and very relaxing. My cousin began doing hot yoga about a year ago and he'd been telling me about it. It sounded great but I generally don't like working out with a lot of people and it wasn't close enough to make it after work so I stuck with yoga at home. I've made this a goal for the year and I plan to make a visit every week from now until the end of the year, after only two sessio...
