Here are pitures of Otter (the dog) and Liz's table. It is black walnut from a dead tree we cut down on mill creek. It was the tree house tree behind the old trailer park. Presenting sustainable wood and stone work in utah's redrock desert. Friday, April 24, 2009. We cut the base of a Basalt sink with the sawmill today. We had a diamond bandsaw blade made that fits the sawmill and mounted the stone on the mill. it cut smooth and straight! We are hoping to use the blade for this and sculptures, fountains, head stones, counter tops etc. We also installed wood racks in the shop so that we can store more wood inside.
