Saturday, October 13, 2012. 19 and *done* counting. So much has happened since the last blog post, so this is going to be a long one! First off, Kristen turned the big 3-0 in July, with a fun park date with her CO friends and all the kiddos at Rainbow Park in Silverthorne. It rained a bit, but no one seemed to mind, especially the kids! Dinner was celebrated at Quincy's Steakhouse in Leadville (of course! Matt always has one hand on the gun at all times, and makes sure she follows ALL gun/range rules....

Saturday, July 14, 2012. We were so thrilled when Grammy and Grandpa said they would come for a quick visit this month. They were going to a car show in Logan, UT, then would head over for a few days. And we're so glad they did! We didn't have much of anything planned but to just visit, and one quick trip to Breckenridge to check out some of the shops. So it was just whatever we wanted whenever we wanted. Thursday, September 22, 2011. So long, Farewell.AZ. It's been a busy 2 weeks at our house! Prepping, cleaning, sorting, packing, cleaning, appointments, pet checkups, cheerleading fun, one last visit to Anthem, parent teacher conference, one last horse riding lesson.I'm SURE there's something I'm forgetting here! Well, first, Matt left for Colorado at the beginning of the month. Ashlyn had her last horse riding lesson. They move around more during the day than high school! She is doing great, as usual!

Saturday, June 16, 2012. That's all it took. And we were hooked! I booked a Fly Fishing Lesson with a local shop (The Mountain Angler in Breckenridge) for Matt's Father's Day gift this year. We dropped the girls off at the neighbor's house for the day (Comai's) and headed to Breck! Our tour guide (Bruce Spinney) was amazing.patient, helpful, informative.and just plain GREAT! Sunday, April 29, 2012. This weekend we decided to take a drive up to Rocky Mountain National Park since it was the last weekend for "Free admittance to National Parks week" (April 21-29).
