Sunday, December 4, 2011. We hosted Thanksgiving again this year, but this time we were able to have all of my family come down and stay with us. We were packed in, but we had a great time! I don't have alot of pictures since I was preoccupied in the kitchen (I now have a new appreciation for my mom and all the time she spends making meals for us when we visit), but we were able to snap a few. Thanksgiving day the weather was beautiful so we put the boys (plus Keilah, poor girl! Out on the deck to eat.

Saturday, August 21, 2010. 1st day of school. Thursday was the first day of school for the boys. Jacob started 1st grade and Noah started preschool - his first day of school EVER. I didn't realize how much we had been "building up" school for Noah until I got him there and settled at his desk. We were a little early and he looked around and said "when are we going to DO something? That boy does not like to be idle! Yes, I still have the dog, but I missed my little boys that are growing up way to fast.

Wednesday, October 27, 2010. On October 14th we welcomed our new addition into our family. Emma Kate Blomquist was born at 7:18 am weighing in at 8lbs 7oz and 20" long. She is precious and we are head over heels for her. She never lacks attention thanks to her brothers who are always giving her hugs and kisses or putting her pacifier back in or coming up with new nicknames for her (grunter/spitter/pooper have all been mentioned! One Day at a Time. Saturday, September 18, 2010. I can't forget Ava now can I. She's 10 1/2 months already and I don't know where time goes. Doesn't she look so happy in this picture? She is a pretty happy girl. She's been sick lately so hasn't really been herself, but she's gradually getting better. She has mostly "adult" food now. She LOVES mac 'n cheese and bananas. She's not a picky eater and will eat most things. I really think she likes the independence of feeding herself. But boy does she have fun!
