Junell's Early Childhood Blog. What I Have Learned…. In a society that is coming apart at the seams, it is so important that children are learning in an environment that teaches diversity using a real world perspective rather than viewing culture and diversity from a touristic approach. A passion for education, the love of children, and a commitment to help all children succeed are the fundamental basics for being an anti-bias educator.
