Cook a dish for NHS Sustainability Day. NHS Sustainability Day, hosted by Barts Health NHS Trust. Cyrus Todiwala came up with a Pink Fir Apple Potato with Sesame Seed recipe. The Spice Shop donated herbs, seasonings and chillies used in the winter root veg stew and Aaron's purple sprouting broccoli, jerusalem artichoke soup, and roasted parsnips.
