And there's something about the whole shopping experience that I find therapeutic (with the exception of shopping at Forever21 which is a completely different experience). My current, number one, go-to when I'm needing a fix is. For those of you who have not discovered this fabulous store yet, you're missing out! Ethere...

Whytewashed.: March 2011
http://chasitywhyte.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 27, 2011. A true test of patience. So for about the past 2 months I've been working feverishly on my studio project, which is to design an office space for a publishing company. I've devoted practically every waking moment to this project, and since I've pretty much cut sleeping out of my daily routine, my "waking moments" are numerous. So while I can't show you a final image of what I've been working on I'll give you a glimpse of what is in the works. Sunday, March 20, 2011. Honestly, prob...

MALIA EDWARDS: January 2011
http://maliae.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 30, 2011. While I was Stumbling (stumbleupon.com) the other day, I came across an exceptional house. The exterior features caught my eye. This small old stone cottage had an additional glass enclosed sunroom attached. The incorporation of new elements with the primary exterior elements created a distinctive and striking contrast. An architectural firm in Belgium designed this bed and breakfast in 2002. The original outbuilding was transformed into a habitable dwelling. All Good Things Des...

MALIA EDWARDS: May 2012
http://maliae.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 2, 2012. Now that I have complete the design development phase of my senior project, I now have to create construction documents. I selected five major spaces to document the finishes, furnishings, and accessories in the building I had designed. This required looking back at the FF&E board I created for the senior presentations. I organized the FF&E into a Finish Legend, Furniture Schedule, and Accessories Schedule.
