Saturday, July 5, 2008. Does anyone else HATE fireworks in your backyard? Happy 4th of July weekend! I have posted pics from various events this week. It was a nice weekend. But, here's the thing.I hate fireworks. Not like fireworks where you go to the big show and lay out a blanket and watch from afar. I mean the kind that are going off one by one in your backyard. I am always just waiting for someone's something to get blown off! I hate being the party pooper. AwwI love the girls' 4th of July outfits!

Monday, June 16, 2008. More for the money! So my summer has been pretty BLAH! I have been at home or in Terre Haute every single week trying to make any ounce of money I can get. Gas is soooooooooo expensive that is basically takes away the money I earn. I cannot save money for the life of me and I really need to! Then when I want to do something with friends I really can't because I don't have any money! I'm hoping that I will get some AMAZING teaching job that pays more then the norm! Ha ha doubt it!

Friday, October 24, 2008. Education is important you see! I thought I would getcha caught up on my past couple months. I have been student teaching at a school ten minutes from my house. It has been an excellent experience so far. I completed half of my assignment, which went wonderfully. Now i'm teaching in high school. But, first I taught elementary second grade. It was sooooo fun! Friday, June 27, 2008. Well, here is my second post. No new pictures yet. I will have some before the weekend is over, though. So, I am hearing that this will be addicting. Hummm, we'll see. Savannah broke out with these crazy hives today. Hopefully, they'll be better tomorrow. I am going to get Lynn (our babysitter) to come over and show me all the ropes with this thing! Sunday, August 17, 2008. Getting Back in the Swing of Things. Well, summer is ending and we are getting back into the regular fall schedule. BOTH girls started MDO last week (I included pictures) and it is going well. Savannah is having a hard time adjusting to her new teachers, but it is getting better. Madison loves it! Nothing really new here to report. Savannah has been sick with infected ears- YUCK! Thinking about all of the at stresses me out! Anyway, enjoy your last days of summer- I know we will!

Sunday, June 29, 2008. Not the most creative title, but it fits perfectly. With our busy lives and Shawn's job we don't get a lot of weekend "family time". But this weeked Shawn was off, there were no tournaments, no plans and we were able to just "be". It was bliss! We let the girls play in their frog pool, which Madison did not like because the water was cold, fresh from the hose.
