The Pharoah's Chin: April 2009
http://thepharoahschin.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
A Design Diary, based upon my final year as a BA (hons)Garden Designer at the University of Greenwich. The Pharoah's chin named after my first presentation. Where I dressed up as a Phoroah for my Egyptian project. The Chin was made from cardboard and had some resemblance to the male sexual organ. A great opening to the year. Thursday, 30 April 2009. One for Sorrow, Two for Joy. To start my day off, I saw one magpie on the way to university. This is not going to be good I thought. Monday, 27 April 2009.

My design diary: January 2009
http://myspecialdesigndiary.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 27 January 2009. Just a little recap. Thought it might be time to show off some of my work and stand back and reflect on the whole masterplan. So here goes in text and images, a documentation of my design process. It first started with the three sketch designs before Christmas. This is my ecological option, which was based on a concept of ordered nature with the aim of showcasing native wildflowers, which are often underrated and associated with 'untidy' designs. Was to rushed and although.

Monday, 20 October 2008. Sunny Sunday Afternoon in Calverly Park. Here's some of my first site photos,. Showing the people, trees and landform which help make the place! This is who we will be designing for. It is a big challange because the people allready look so. Comfortable and happy in the palce. What is good must not be spoiled. The little, slightly run down cafe attract many. People, but there is room for improvement! The beutifully curving landform looks stunning as the sun. Almost One Year later!

My design diary: December 2008
http://myspecialdesigndiary.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Friday, 19 December 2008. Tuesday, 9 December 2008. So, after an intensive week of working on the three designs, we have had to narrow it down to one. I was very dissapointed that we were not allowed to present the three options and get guidance on which one to go for, but there we are. I think I have chosen the option with the best scope for development and exploration for the months ahead. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Sunday, 30 November 2008. So the survey part of the project is over. Now it's all go on the designs. It is going to be hughe challenge to produce the three designs for Monday the 8th December, but I will just have to give it my best shot. I have got my plan for how to attack it ready.
