Monday, November 14, 2011. It's been quite awhile since my last update. Things are busy, busy, busy! Peyton is just short of 6 months and such a ham. He now can sit up on his own (for the most part). Love his fruits and veggies, Mickey Mouse makes him smile and he refuses to sleep through the night. Madelyn is a very energetic 2 year old. Tuesday, January 18, 2011. Madelyn's First Batch of Cookies. Oh Uncle Wally would be proud! Madelyn and I made our first batch of Chocolate Chip cookies together this past weekend. Here is the play-by-play. Mmmmm this batter tastes great! I think I just need a final taste.just in case". Yep, just right! The beaters are the best part! Now onto the final product that was hidden in the new cookie jar. Maybe just one more! Ok, ok.I'll put it back". It was a fun time to bake together! Next time, cupcakes!

Wednesday, September 1, 2010. Madelyn got a Power Wheels 4x4 for her first birthday from Michael and I. I was a little scared on how she would take it and since there is no seat belt. if she'd fall off. Well we put her on it. Showed her the button. And she was in love, rides like a pro! In case the videos are too small here are some photos of the new driver! She learned to press the button within seconds! I think the birthday gift is a hit! Here are some highlights of the day:. Tuesday, November 23, 2010. Madelyn had her first experience on a "ride" last night at Toys 'R' Us. I actually had $.50 so she got to have a nice time with Snoopy. Monday, November 22, 2010. Thursday, August 12, 2010. A laugh is a smile that burst! Auntie Amy and Uncle Wally watched Madelyn last night as we went out for our anniversary. They were playing with all the beads and Wally was "trying" them on and when Madelyn went to pull one he exaggerated that she was yanking it off him. He snapped a video and it's so funny.
