Two Designing and Decorating Sisters. 1 pkg lemon cake mix. 2 cups Cool Whip. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray or line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, cool whip and egg in mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Drop the mixture by teaspoonfuls into the powdered sugar and roll in the sugar.
