その頃は、ドクターの診断や指示は絶対でしたし、患者さんがそれに対して文句をつけるなんて考えられませんでしたよね( ; しかし、そんな時代から変化が起き始めたのは、2001年に厚生労働省から指針が出されたのがきっかけなんですよね。 そこから、患者さんの立場を尊重して、ドクターがサポートする今の医療が始まりました( Д ) 患者さんの名前に 様 をつけて呼ぶなど、一見患者さんを大切にした素晴らしい医療が始まったかのように思えますよね。 患者様 と呼ばれることで、患者さんはお客様として扱われていると思うようになったんてわす( Д`A 自分たちは、お客様。 ナースは患者さんの言うことを聞くのが当然とばかりに、クレームをつけてくる患者さんの言動には驚かされますね( Д ) 病院はホテル、ナースはお手伝いさん。
仕事のやり甲斐を取るか、家庭や子育てを取るか・・・。両方を完璧に両立させるのって無理だと思う！割り切って派遣を続けるのもアリかな？？

看護師にとって患者さんとの関わりは、とても大切なものですよね( Д ) 患者さんと関わりを深くもてる病棟での勤務は、看護師として学ぶことも多いですよね。 患者さんの訴えを100 聞かないと 看護師として失格 優しさが足りない. 患者さんが看護師に求めるものって、日々大きくなっているような気がしませんか ( Д )ﾉ 最近は、何か気に入らないことがあると、クレームつけてきたり、 訴えてやる とか、 マスコミに流してやる と脅してきたり、患者さんも強気ですね。 看護師の訴えを100%聞かないと、 看護師として失格 看護師として優しが足りない と、言いたい放題に責め立ててきます( Д ) しかし、患者さんの訴えには、とても聞き入れられないような理不尽な要求も多くあります。 他の患者さんの迷惑にならないようにと注意されたことに逆上する患者さんもいます( ; また、治療のための指導に対しても無視で、治療をするつもりがないのだろうかという患者さんもいますよね。 そこは理解してもらいたい って思いますね( - - ).

A freelance design journal. Thursday, August 14, 2008. Wow I've been so busy lately, I just realized that June was the last time this blog has been updated. Summer has been a busy season, I've been working on some new projects including a logo design, logo website identity package and helping a start up photography businesses in Arkansas with a new website.
