You start down one road only to find it dead ends after hours of work. Now you have valuable time invested here, do you dump it pack up and start over? With a name like German Chocolate Cake, you would think this dessert was cooked up in some Bavarian kitchen, but the recipe was first published in a Texas newspaper in 1958. The dessert is named after the man who invented this particular kind of sweet chocolate for Baker's Chocolate: Sam German. We no longer know the name of the original recipe writer. PicWash, a web service that allows you to upload your photos and have them professionally retouched within 48 hours is no miracle as NYLON would have you believe. Its called photoshop, people.
