After some delay, we've released the 7.3 Programmer's Guide today and it is available to download from our Support Portal. When you look at the guide, you'll see that it is almost compeletely new with a bigger focus on .Net than ASP. The only sections that didn't get a major overhaul are the Portal Framework and REST APIs, since those got a good overhaul with 7.2.
