My other id (. Hi, I just joined this group. I have been using resque remedy for years now, to cope with my anxieties/brainfog relating to CFS. I have recently ben looking into the Candida diet, as the symptoms are almost the same as CFS and I might have been misdiagnosed! Do any of you know anything about either, and which BFR would be good for me to use? I hate getting impatient and cranky as I have a toddler and want to be nice for her all the time! Kitra (FKA Letitia/Tish) (. I've had depression issues since I was very young, and have been trying to control them for the last couple years with Bach flower remedies. I've had several changes in my life in the last few months, and am re-evaluating which remedies to use. Does anyone here have experience in switching things around a bit? Ie: should I mix two sets of remedies, and alternate every other day, or every other week, perhaps? If it might help answer my questions. Aspen "fear of unknown things".
