Any advice for someone getting acquainted with win. Tuesday, November 22, 2011. I need some good advice to get that wet curly hair look, please read! I have REALLY thick hair. It is just a bit longer than my shoulders, and has a natural wave/curl to it. I have literally tried everything. I've used gel, mouse, hairspray. Everything always just gets all crunchy and gross. If part of it does in fact have that wet look, the rest dries up and my hair is just a frizzy mess with some wet looking pieces lol.
