Ябълкови мъфини с фъстъчено масло. 2 чаени чаши брашно. 1 чаена чаша захар. 2 чаени лъжички бакпулвер. 2 – 1/2 чаени лъжички канела. 1/2 чаена лъжичка сол. 1 – 1/2 чаени чаши настъргани ябълки (около 2 средни). 1 чаена чаша кисело мляко. 1/2 чаена чаша фъстъчено масло. 1/4 чаена чаша олио или зехтин. 1 чаена лъжичка ванилия.
