Posted in Our Day to Day. I wish I had taken pictures before guests arrived… but the hubby and I helped coordinate a wedding last Thursday. It was at a beautiful location. For dear friends. Great party. As the coordinator, I was definitely running around (figuratively) a lot which made me wish that I was wearing shoes that were more comfortable! Nonetheless, it was a beautiful wedding. Pizza Hut: Love it or hate it? Posted in Our Day to Day. I love pizza. I love anything cheese. And growing up in Japan, Pizza Hut was the only pizza my Mom would buy – that is WHEN she bought pizza because my super-chef Mom usually made pizza from scratch at home. Pizza Hut in Japan isn’t greasy, well-made with the perfect amount of cheese. Of course, branch to branch, city to city, dishes are made differently. I STILL CAN’T GET ENOUGH OF IT! If I have to throw out another piece of rotten fruit, I'm going to choke someone like NYPD officer Pantaleo did. Too soon? I've thrown out at least 4 pieces of decomposing veggie mush this passed month, and they just keep showing up! As of today, there are two tomatoes in the fridge. They're still firm, but in a few days, they're gonna be too ripe and then they're gonna slowly decompose.
