Destiny Community Outreach Program. Management and Steering Committee. DESTINY COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM. Destiny Community Outreach Program comprises a series of initiatives/projects. In 2011, the approved projects are a needs assessment and a youth symposium; these two projects are in part funded by the Regional Municipality of York. Governance will be the responsibility of the management team who will be replaced by a steering committee. Responsible for the Youth Symposium.
