Jun 1, 2013. Manny is in the Hospital … Yes. I can’t believe how many times I’ve said or typed those words. For perspective, I’ve spent 3 nights total in the hospital without Manny. I wasn’t even BORN in the hospital. So one night with Luke for heart surgery. One with Jacob for kidney biopsy. One with Zoe post cleft surgery. I’ll have to count how many nights it’s been with Manny. There are several issues going on and several test results we’re getting in. So here are some of the highlights. So we came in.

Aug 11, 2014. Summer fun and not so fun parts. We have been out living life! Summer has been in full swing and we have been soaking it up. Sleeping in, fresh peaches, swimming, parks, no school . ahh, this is the life. We have been pretty low-key. Just like I like it. Miss Magoo and Mister 2. Tuesday, May 8, 2012. Today is a very special day in our house. Five years ago today, in Kunming, China, we were handed the most precious 16 month old baby girl! She wasn't too sure, as she was crying, about what was going on, being handed over to perfect strangers, but we held her and hugged her and loved her without stopping and we were in love! Miss Magoo and Mister 2. Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Prayers needed for Elisyn! There is a family that has just very recently adopted and brought home their daughter from China. It was posted on my Facebook wall today that sweet Elisyn is in need of our prayers. She has a very complicated heart defect and her family got some rather disturbing news from the doctors today. I am asking for everyone that prays to PLEASE pray without ceasing! Please let us lift this beautiful little girl up and her family too!
