So, we arrived in America yesterday for the first time in about 7 years that I have been over here. It’s strange. I don’t know. I guess I just thought that I would never come back or that I would have a baby and a husband to come back with. I like it. It’s awesome and fun. My in-laws are fantastic — as I knew they would be. Why do they do that? So, yesterday, I had a bit of a run in with someone who will remain nameless. Basically, I had commented on something on Facebook that my father had posted. And this person decided to rib me about how rude and disrespectful I was being. Umm… Excuse me? He is gonna respect his elders. Very interesting piece that describes how I feel during a hypomanic episode. Just goes to show we are not alone in our symptoms and how important it is to connect with fellow Bipolar Disorder sufferers. Is buttons and bows this fortnight, and I have used some pretty pearlised buttons as my embellishments and used the colour of them as inspiration for the hint of pink on my card. I have kept the rest of the card quite monotone as I love pinks, blacks and greys together, it looks classy ;). The image is First Date. From Time for Tea Designs.
