The Master Workout Plan. About this blog…. On: October 4, 2008. I didn’t go to the gym today. I laid around in bed most of the day. My thighs are hurting sooooo bad. On: October 4, 2008. Maaaaaaaaaaaaan I’m feeling those squats. I’ve been limping around all day. I still managed to make it to the gym though. Elliptical machine: 1.28 miles; heart rate- 170; 15 minutes; 132 calories.
