Regular smoked or fresh (blue or white label) can be cooked in natural hog casing. Add 1 cup or more of water and par-boil in covered fry pan for 10 minutes. Remove lid and brown for an additional 5 minutes. Product should be a consistent colour throughout when fully-cooked (internal temp:160ºF). Regular smoked or fresh (blue or white label) can be cooked as is or pealed first.
